When should we start planning our wedding in Mallorca?
Ideally 12–18 months in advance, though we also support shorter timelines when possible.
Do we need to be in Mallorca during the planning process?
Not at all. Most of our couples live abroad, and planning is done from a distance, with key visits when needed, and only if possible for the couple

Yes, venue selection is a central part of our planning process, with access to well-known local venues and traditional fincas, as well as more private locations.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
We work with a limited number of couples to ensure a highly personal experience.
How do you select the vendors you work with?
We collaborate with an exclusive selection of trusted professionals; renowned photographers, well-known caterers, expert decorators, and exceptional live artists, all of who we know uphold the highest standards.
We also consider highly recommended vendors within the wedding industry and any professionals you may have discovered yourself. From this, we carefully curate a selection tailored to your wedding’s specific needs, ensuring you always have the final say in who brings your celebration to life.
What is the planning process like, and how involved will we be?
You remain at the heart of every decision, with us guiding you through a structured yet flexible planning process. In the early stages, communication is spaced out as we focus on securing key vendors, such as your venue, caterer, and photographer. As we approach the wedding date, communication naturally becomes more frequent, refining details like décor, timeline logistics, and seating arrangements. At every stage, we ensure the process is seamless, stress-free, and tailored to your preferences.
Do you only plan weddings, or also offer coordination?
Our full wedding planning package includes wedding day coordination. Under certain circumstances, we are also open to offering only day-of coordination.
